Dear Miller Families,

 

Welcome to the brand new 2026-27 school year! I am excited to begin my third year serving as your Assistant Principal and to continue partnering with our incredible students, families, and staff. It has been a privilege to watch our school community grow, and I am grateful to be part of the journey.

 

This year marks an exciting new chapter as we proudly begin our first year as Miller Academy of Art & Media. As a K–8 school, we are committed to providing students with engaging, innovative learning experiences that inspire creativity, critical thinking, collaboration, and communication. Through our new Media Arts Academy, students will have opportunities to explore digital storytelling, multimedia production, creative design, and emerging technologies while continuing to build strong academic foundations.

 

At Miller Academy of Art & Media, we believe every student has unique talents and unlimited potential. Our goal is to create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued, challenged, and empowered to succeed. We know that strong partnerships between school and home are essential, and we look forward to working together to support each student's academic, social, and emotional growth.

As we begin this exciting year, I encourage our students to embrace new opportunities, take positive risks, and strive for excellence in all they do. To our families, thank you for your continued trust, partnership, and support. Together, we will make this a year filled with learning, creativity, achievement, and memorable experiences.
